First of all, welcome to the 2025 Team Philippines updates! God has graciously given us a wonderful team, and 17 of us are about to fly out of San Francisco to Taipei to Cebu in less than two hours. All team members arrived yesterday and we are grateful that all their bags also arrived safe and sound. Normally the Fulfers would be leading the team over, but this year the Cirones are initially assisting the team across the Big Pond (the Pacific Ocean) as Isaac Fulfer just graduated from Pensacola Christian Academy–congratulations Isaac on a job well done. The Fulfers will join us in the Philippines next Tuesday, and we are excited to be finally be a complete team.

Ashlyn Campbell stated, “It has been a blessed first day together here in San Francisco. After a good night’s rest, we were all up and out on the hotel patio by 8am. It was beautiful weather to sit outside and brainstorm for how we would work the various ministry opportunities we will have once we get to the Philippines. Brandon encouraged us from verses in first Corinthians to depend on the Lord’s strength as we minister on this trip. After a couple of hours, we got our baggage together and made sure we were ready for the airport tonight. After grabbing lunch, we drove up to the Golden Gate Bridge and enjoyed the scenery. We then headed up to Muir Woods for a couple of hours. We enjoyed stretching our legs on a hike through the forest of redwoods. We were so thankful for the beautiful weather the Lord gave us and for His breathtaking creation. On our way back to pick up our baggage, we stopped to get some California In-N-Out Burger for dinner. We had no trouble getting everyone to the airport and made it smoothly through security. We are now one hour away from boarding our plane, and we will be off on this exciting adventure! Thank you so much for praying for us as we look forward to what the Lord will do in the Philippines.” Please pray for us as we seek to be a blessing to several Filipino ministries and most importantly glorify God and represent our Lord Jesus Christ well (Matt. 5:16).
