Filipino pastors and missionaries are sincere, authentic people with a real burden for the lost, evidenced through their passionate preaching. Our teams enjoy supporting the churches through youth rallies, Sunday school teaching, children’s ministries, and church fellowships (which often include excellent Filipino cuisine!).
Children’s Ministry
Many of the ways you’ll serve in the Philippines will directly influence young lives for Christ.
You’ll visit orphanages to distribute free school supplies, hold a youth rally with teens from several local churches, help with a basketball clinic, and visit children in public schools.
Our team also helps with Bible Clubs and a feeding ministry for children living near the trash dumpsites.
Medical Ministries
We’ll visit a local hospital and also hold medical clinics to screen blood pressure, administer over-the-counter medicine, and give basic wound care.
team preparation
We’re looking for teachers, basketball players, nurses, and students with a heart for people! We’ll meet for several weeks leading up to the trip to learn some basic Tagalog and learn how to tell Bible stories through a translator. Next, we’ll coordinate team activities for the field, and grow together as a team so we can serve as one unit—striving together for the furtherance of the gospel.
