Our Leaders

ALEX FULFER

Born in the Philippines, Alex lived in the United States from age three until age 16, when his parents brought their family back to the Philippines as missionaries. His parents Teddy and Ligaya Fulfer later established Subic Bay Baptist Church and Subic Bay Children’s Home.

While his parents continued their missions work, Alex came to the United States to attend Pensacola Christian College. He earned a degree in youth ministries with a minor in physical education. While at PCC, he met his wife, Heather. Now, more than twenty years later, Alex and Heather have four children and continue serving at PCC and the Campus Church.

In 2010, Alex led his first summer missions trip to the Philippines. He loves every aspect of the mission trips—from hosting basketball camps and youth rallies to teacher conferences and medical clinics. He especially enjoys spending time with the Tulabots at their orphanage in Quezon City and with his parents and sister’s family at Subic Bay Children’s Home in Olongapo.

Michelle Cirone

Since 2008, Michelle has made many close friendships with missionaries, pastors and evangelist families around the world. She has a real love for people and treats the mission field as her second home.

She has served at Pensacola Christian College for over 30 years where she works in the Reservation Office. Together with her husband John, they have four adult children—Jared, Micah, Zachary, and Annaliese —two grandchildren, and a grand-puppy.
